The IDCC Manual is created to ensure the effective and efficient management of the activities of IDCC. It consists of IDCC best practices that define it`s systematic approach to implementing operations, policy expectations, plans, and procedures. It is a well designed procedure manual and is a valuable communication device for efficiently driving IDCC operations It provides a definite course and method of action to guide and determine decisions; a guide to decision making within the framework of IDCC`s objectives, goals, and management philosophies. Specific policy areas are divided by departments such as administration, finance, technical and security. The purpose of procedures is to ensure consistency and to serve as training material. Procedures are designed to help reduce variation within a given process. Procedures, on the other hand, are detailed descriptions of the tasks that are part of IDCC activities. These may be in the form of step-by-step instructions, flow charts or another descriptive form.

Hard copies of the IDCC manual will be made available to member churches for reference.
